Carla serves as a Talent Director, bringing over 8 years of experience to the team and provides recruiting support to a diverse range of clients. She coordinates interviews and conducts candidate screening calls, and helps place candidates in positions across a wide range of functional areas. Before joining Paris Leadership, Carla worked in both the corporate and agency side of the recruiting industry, as well as, in the non-profit sectors. Carla earned an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
